Convenient access to grocery stores, proximity to shopping malls, closeness to diverse restaurants
The claustrophobic room without windows left much to be desired!!! A slippery shower floor poses safety concerns!!! The outdated decor and lack of maintenance contributed to a less-than-pleasing atmosphere!!!

The Economy Double Room was a mixed bag. Some rooms have hard beds that feel like stone, which I didn’t love. Others are way more comfy. My room was decent but a bit cramped, and it didn’t have windows, so it got humid after showers. On the flip side, the clean common areas were a plus, and the service was friendly. You might get lucky with a better room if you stay here.

great staff but room left me wanting
The staff here were exceptionally professional and helpful! They made the early morning check-out seamless by arranging our airport transportation. I also enjoyed the breakfast experience with the staff. they created a fun atmosphere while serving delicious coffee and arepas that made my mornings delightful. The city view from the room added a great touch to my stay!

I stayed in the Superior Queen Room for four nights. The room was clean and had a friendly staff, but it opened directly onto the breakfast area, limiting fresh air. The dampness made it smell unpleasant. The bathroom was quite tiny, and the overall condition of the hotel looked a bit run down with scuffs on walls and floors. However, the location was fantastic. It was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff provided good service, making me feel welcomed. Breakfast options were decent. I think the hotel needs to improve on room ventilation.

While the location was excellent with easy access to great dining and the rooms were clean, the experience was marred by rude staff and check-in issues. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, leading to a frustrating wait that spoiled our initial impression.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! It’s right in the heart of Laureles, super close to cool spots like the Atanasio Girardot Stadium. We enjoyed walking to nearby bars and restaurants, and the area felt so safe. Definitely a great choice for groups, just remember that breakfast is standard, but it’s tasty! Overall, a solid place to unwind after exploring.
One downside was the empty shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. It would’ve been better if they just removed them if they aren’t providing those products.

missingWrote a review on May 14breakfast spreadcentral locationclaustrophobic room
The breakfast spread includes a variety of options, making it a solid way to start the day. The hotel boasts a central location in Laureles, which is convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
Rooms lack windows, creating a humid atmosphere that may not be comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms are cramped, with showers causing water to spray outside of the designated area. The overall décor shows signs of wear, and some areas have noticeable stains and scuffs that detract from the experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay
feel very welcoming. While the room was clean and comfortable, I found the lack of a window to be a bit stifling. Still, the convenient location with plenty of cafes nearby made exploring enjoyable.
